Bryan Ingraham- Owner
Having spent 19 years in the construction industry, Bryan started his career in construction as a carpenter on large residential and commercial projects. In 2009, he began working exclusively in the commercial construction industry. Moving from carpenter to superintendent, Bryan's expertise grew from basic commercial maintenance to running full scale renovation projects. In 2014, he began work in Healthcare Construction industry. Interior renovations that covered basic patient room renovations to full scale Imaging Centers and procedure rooms. Having worked from superintendent to estimator up to Construction Manager of a growing local General Contractor, Bryan started the company's Healthcare division from scratch. In 10 years, he had built one of Jacksonville's top rated General Contractor's for interior Healthcare construction. Bryan has performed renovations in every area of a hospital, successfully completed some of the most complex projects in healthcare. Projects including MRI's, Cath Lab's, Operating Rooms, EP Labs, NICU renovations and so much more! Bryan graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's in Constuction Management, afterwards obtained his State Certified Contractor's License, and his ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor's (CHC) certification. He has extensive training and certifications for Infection Control (ICRA) and Healthcare Construction. Attention to detail, extensive collaboration and high expectations on the finish details is the key to a project's success. From hands on experience working in the field to managing multi-million dollar renovations, Bryan has built a strong reputation for delivering construction projects and building long lasting partnerships with clients. And with a new vision in 2025, Loretech Contracting Llc was founded, focused on delivering quality projects, built with integrity and delivered in excellence. Dedicated to handing over every project to a highly satisfied client and forging long lasting partnerships.
